We found out about Summer through the Dave Ramsey website. As an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP), we knew we’d be dealing with a professional whose values match our own. We were moving back to the area to be closer to family, but we didn’t know much about the neighborhoods close to my work. As a first time homebuyer, Summer took the time to help us get familiar with the area, asked us about our needs and wants in a house, and gave us information in regards to the local schoo l districts. She also walked us through the home buying process, from selecting a home to different financing options. We were on a tight budget, so she didn’t waste our time by showing us houses that were too expensive.
